自傳

【關於我】 

        我是桃園人，畢業於國立聯合大學環境與安全衛生工程學系，個性樂觀，喜歡團隊合作挑戰新事務，座右銘:「相信思考，勇於改變」。 

【個人學經歷】 

-專案工程師 2019年至2020年，我在春迪企業股份有限公司任專案工程師，負責「大型柴油車調修燃油控制系統與加裝空氣污染防制設備」計畫。因屬於幕僚單位，需彙整業先進國家之管制方式、數據與業界建議，供環保署參考。各個工作項目依環保署需求提供相關資料或簡報。

 -環境工程師 2018年至2019年，在台灣曼寧工程顧問公司擔任環境工程師一職，負責審查水污染防治措施計畫與許可各類申請文件審查、廢水處理設施現場勘查、工廠定檢申報審查、水污費查核。 

-桃園環保局替代役 2017年至2018年，在桃園環保局廢管科擔任替代役，平日處理科員交辦事項、陳情電話接聽，假日主動參與公益活動，回饋社會。 

-國立聯合大學環境與安全衛生工程學系碩士 2015年至2017年，論文研究為MSWI飛灰無害化作為混凝土與玻璃之研究，目前我國垃圾焚化飛灰多以水泥固化/穩定化再予以掩埋，未符合廢棄物減量化、資源化之原則。為探討飛灰無害化及資材化可行性，本研究以國內M與H廠飛灰為對象，分別探討兩主軸：(1) M廠飛灰無害化及與紡織污泥製成砂漿試體；(2) H廠飛灰製成非食用性用途之一般玻璃及萃取飛灰含鉛污泥製成水晶玻璃。

2016年及 2017年投稿兩篇論文至環工年會學術研討會、國際創新發明競賽金獎及考取甲級廢水處理專責人員證照。

 -國立聯合大學環境與安全衛生工程學系學士 2011年至2015年，大一當選班代，擔任學校和導師與班上溝通的橋樑，身兼多項重要職務時，我也學習了如何分配時間、統籌人力和協調溝通的技巧。  

【未來期許】 

       未來目標是考取甲級職業衛生管理師提升自己的競爭力，讓自己除了能在環保上貢獻所學，也能在工安上盡一份心力，對公司帶來更多的貢獻，並與公司共同成長。感謝您撥空閱讀我的自傳，希望能有機會與貴公司面談。

Autobiography

【About me】 

 My name is Jesse Hu,from Taoyuan. I graduated from department of environmental,safety and health engineering N.U.U.

I have an optimistic personality. I like teamwork to challenge new affairs. My motto: "Believe in thinking and be brave to change."

【Work Experience/Education】 

-Chun-Di enterprise corporation,2019~2020.I am a project engineer.Responsible for the "Large Diesel Vehicle Tuning Fuel Control System and Installation of Air Pollution Prevention Equipment" project.Because it is a staff unit, it is necessary to compile the control methods, data and industry suggestions of advanced countries in the whole industry for the reference of the EPA. Provide relevant information or briefings for each work item according to the needs of the Environmental Protection Agency.

 -MAIN-LINK engineering consultants,2018~2019.I am a Environmental Engineer.Responsible for the review of water pollution prevention and control measures plans and permits, various application document reviews, on-site inspections of wastewater treatment facilities, factory inspection reports, and water pollution fees.

-Substitute Civilian Serviceman,2017~2018.I am a Substitute Civilian Serviceman in EPA and help many specific disadvantaged groups.

-National United University, Master's degree, 2015 ~ 2017.Thesis title "Detoxification of municipal solid waste incineration fly ash and recycle for producing".Almost of municipal solid waste incineration (MSWI) fly ash in Taiwan was treated by cement solidification/stabilization and final disposed, which does not meet the principles of waste minimization and reutilization. In this research, two MSWI fly ashes from M and H plants were studied in two parts: (1) detoxification of M fly ash and mixing with textile sludge to produce cement mortar. (2) inediblenormal glass made from H fly ash and crystal glass made from H fly ash extractedlead-containing sludge.

In 2016 and 2017, two papers were submitted to the academic seminar of the academic seminar of The Chinese institute of Environmental Engineering., the gold medal of the international innovation and invention competition, and qualified certificate for exclusive personnel of waste water treatment.

 -National United University, Bachelor's degree, 2011 ~ 2015.I was elected as my freshman class representative and served as a bridge between the school and the instructor to communicate with the class. When I held many important positions, I also learned how to allocate time, coordinate manpower and coordinate communication skills. 

【Future expectations】 

       The future is to obtain a Occupational health management specialist to enhance your competitiveness, but also contribute to the safety of the company, and bring more contributions to the company.
