- Assist and support Head Chef in term of preparing food and maintaining food.
- Help in the control of all food items in storage and rotation.
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation.
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirement, cleanliness, wastage and cost control.
- Prepare the daily mise-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen.
- Follow the Standard Of Operation (SOP) for the kitchen
- Control food stock and food cost in section.
