畢業於致理科技大學 ，隨後進入中華民國對外貿易發展協會工作至今，對工作懷有莫大熱情。
對事物充滿好奇，勇於嘗試並負責的個性讓我在1年內從行政人員變成PM，獲得職務轉變與單位輪調等機會。能適應快速變化的特質，更因此讓主管交付我專案管理的任務，透過嘗試與學習，協助單位順利完成新興領域的 chatbot 專案。

整合各單位需求，針對需求提出解決方案，製作需求說明書並與承包廠商討論專案開發方式、時程。對外服務後持續維護題庫回覆水平、記錄使用狀況並調校系統題庫，持續向各單位推廣在網站上使用T-Bo服務。
Trade Show Platform 海外參展決策輔助平台 專案強化
於TSP專案進行第2期規劃時，針對原以人工補值方式進行資料蒐集提出與各展覽網站(PEO)合作之想法，並實際與各國展覽公司討論合作事宜，如：展昭國際企業、德國商展等。

I graduated from Chihlee University of Technology, after graduated, I have been working in TAITRA.
I am very enthusiastic about my job. Also, I am willing to try new things and responsible for my job. This personality helps me get the job position from executive to project manager in 1 year, and get the opportunities of rotation to digital department.
I can adapt to the characteristics of rapid change in short time, so my supervisor can assign the hard task to me. Through the trial and study, it helps me complete the chatbot project in the emerging field successfully.
In project developing stage, I can grasp the situation quickly and solve preliminary problems through observation sharply, and have good communication with different roles. I expect to grow with the company and create unlimited value.

TAITRA Smart Trade Assistant - T-Bo Chatbot Program
Propose solutions to the needs of each roles, then create requirements specifications, and discuss project development methods and time schedules with contractors. After the project's external service, I am continue to maintain the response level of the answers, record the usage status and adjust the database of system. And have been promoting the use of T-Bo service on the website to all units.
Trade Show Platform strengthen Program
In the second phase of the TSP project, In order to replace the manual data collection method, I came up with the idea of working with various exhibition websites (PEO). And discuss the cooperation with exhibition companies activy, such as: Zhan Zhao International Enterprise, Germany Trade shows... etc.
