Artificial intelligence: Using reinforcement learning to analyze and predict COViD-19 trends via Python

  • To enable the government to find the best decisions, a set of agents capable of learning (optimally) COVID-19 mitigation policies was designed via the virl environment.
  • The agents are divided into three methods to implement their effects, namely random agents, deterministic agents, and Q-learning with function approximately, after being disturbed is detected using noise and random.
  • Observe the changes in reward, action, and state to select the best policy.

Software Engineering: The management system of  part  time  teachers (PTT)  in  a  university department via Java

  • Developing software to manage the employment, training and payment of part-time teaching staff at a university or other educational or training establishment.  

Mobile network software and base station implementation via C++

Technical Skills: C++, Linux, base station C++ builder, GPS and D2D transmission

  • Built on the Linux environment through the OAI system, install the e-NB and EPC core networks on two computers.
  • Using c++ builder to write a mobile application, regularly send the GPS positioning information of the mobile phone to the base station to calculate whether the distance can be transmitted directly via D2D to reduce waste of bandwidth of the base station.

Full Stack Web Development: Food comment and recipe sharing platform via Python

  • Create a site via Python Django wireframe to help students on a budget find good food for low prices.
  • Users can log in and log out of their account to post a message on the discussion forum, and the system could be able to display restaurants based on the user's search criteria (e.g pizza).

VLSI: Design an operational transconductance amplifier via the cadence virtuoso environment

Technical Skills: cadence virtuoso, OTA, ADE, DRC, and LVS

  • Design a simple op-transistor amplifier through the cadence virtuoso environment.
  • The first stage is to design a schematic of the OTA and draw a symbol which is the amplifier. The drawn symbol is put into the simulated schematic and ADE is run to simulate the waveform. The second step is to design and layout the circuit according to the schematic design based on the schematic. The DRC and LVS for detecting any errors in the layout are used. Finally, run ADE to observe whether the waveforms of Schematic and the layout match.
