Monique Rogers

An industrial and organizational psychologist who resides in Bakersfield, California, Monique Rogers has spent her career leading successful startup technology companies. Since earning her master’s degree in industrial organizational psychology from Walden University, she has sought to leverage her knowledge to promote change at the corporate level by helping other organizations to overhaul their own leadership. Monique Rogers’ work as an organizational psychologist complements her decades of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader.

Ms. Rogers has enjoyed success as the founding partner of two technology startups, ARRC Enterprises, Inc., and CharTec, LLC. Over the years, she has helped to build both companies from the ground up through her in-depth knowledge of branding, business finance, and growth management. Outside of her career as an entrepreneur and organizational psychologist, Ms. Rogers is a dedicated philanthropist who has supported organizations such as the San Joaquin Hospital Foundation and her local Boys and Girls Club. She is also a practitioner and teacher of yoga. Certified in transformational and trauma-informed yoga, Ms. Rogers frequently works with students experiencing PTSD. In all of her classes, she helps her students achieve personal healing through fun and challenging physical activities.
