  • Responsible for 3 B2B user research projects and Research Ops projects.
  • In charge of LLM NLP projects, including boosting the related knowledge of the department's 50 members and conducting competitor research. Proposed 3 key business strategies, which were invited for presentation to the AI team for future application.
  • Assisted in 3 interviews with CISOs from the U.S., clarifying key Threat Hunting user scenarios, and assisted in completing the integrated user journey consisting of all stakeholders.
  • Held a data training course for PMs and Data Analysts with about 50 participants. Received positive feedback, especially from PMs, for fostering a data-centered mindset.
  • Optimized the research delivery section by improving the cross-function communication with RD team, facilitated the circulation of user and technical knowledge.

  • Clarified the research questions clearly, proposed, and prioritized 6 suggestions by severity and feasibility, which received numerous endorsements from stakeholders and became valuable suggestions for future improvement.
