LINE Bank is also an important part of LINE's agenda to expand its reach in financial technology in Taiwan, and LINE Bank can be launched after the preparatory company receives a banking license.

---Scope of work---

• Developing the bank strategy and business plan, and define bank product and service directions, lead communications among multiple Dev & UI/UX team.

• Plan user experience flow that crosses LINE messenger & APP channel, and liaises with cross-functional teams among multi-countries to launch new features.

• End to end digital account planning: simplify the bank account application process and purpose the e-KYC technology to identify the customers.

• Plan the channel and back-end functions (ex. Notification, CMS, MGM, and Chatbot), to help the internal coordinate with other PMs and Marketers.

• Help digital-only bank license application and business planning, and solve the product integration issue.

• Social platform planning:Liaising with the creative agency & media agency, develop online campaigns, and digital media strategic plan to the right target audience, including Facebook fanpage, LINE official account.
