Registration & Selection  •  Bryan Gunawan Project

- Collaborate with C&C and Mentorships division for making criteria of candidates to join BGP workshops
- Created a google form containing questions about candidates of workshops
- Conducted end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing, Screening, Selection, Interview, and Commitment letter) process for participants of Bryan Gunawan Project workshops

Last Mile Project  •  Ninja Van

- Conducted briefing to 3-5 drivers about the project every week and coordinate with Person In Charge Neglasari Station Ninja Van
- Provide directions to 3-5 couriers every week to clarify and remind the courier before sending packages
- Supervise driver data and generate OTP codes to be sent to 200 - 500 customers to get input in Google Sheets and Excel of a prepared questionnaire
- Communicate to the customers about failure packages 20-50 a day
- Administered data and reasons in the spreadsheet that occurred day by day (20-50 a day)
