  1. Organized the highest standard exhibition in the history of Taiwan-Japan economic and trade exchange activities - “Taiwan Expo in Japan”. Led a PR Team of 22 people, responsible for the opening ceremony and event promotion. The event attracted over 20,000 visitors in 3 days, generated business opportunities worth 85 million USD, and was covered by major news outlets such as NHK(link).
  2. Orchestrated Taiwan's largest trade delegation visits to Japan, including "Consumer Products Trade Mission to Japan" and "Precision Components Trade Mission to Japan" The 2023 "Consumer Products Trade Mission" welcomed 81 Taiwanese companies and 1,453 Japanese buyers (per Central News Agency report)
  3. Spearheaded the Taiwan-Japan Partnership Program with Japanese companies. Represented TAITRA in numerous new business development initiatives. 
    • Toyota Tsusho drone business collaboration with Taiwanese companies. 
    • Facilitated a partnership between Honda Trading Corporation and a Taiwanese electric bicycle manufacturer. 
    • Brokered a collaboration between Honda Trading Corporation and a Taiwanese automation company.
    • Facilitated partnerships between Sumitomo Corporation and Taiwanese textile companies 
    • Averaged over 10 successful Taiwan-Japan corporate cases annually
