Project Description
Telstra USM Life Cycle Project was aimed to migrate traditional OM and BSM Based monitoring solution to contemporary OMi solution. Telstra had 8000+ agents deployed in infrastructure which required upgrade. Operations Manager for Unix and BSM solutions were planned for movement to modern Operations Manager I 10.x.
Microfocus (HPE) had cloud based APM solution. APM Team in Hewlett Packard Enterprise was responsible for implementation, customization, deployment and support of APM solution for the clients opting for HPE BSM cloud Solution. RouteOne and Avon Brazil's Application and backend infrastructure Monitoring needs have been fulfilled using HPE BSM cloud Solution.
