IDEMIA is a french MNC dealing in identity related security products and services. For monitoring of IDEMIA's infrastructure  Microfocus Operations Bridge Suite,NNMi and servicenow as ITSM has been deployed.

Vodacom South Africa is a leading telecom service provider in South Africa Region. For monitoring of their infrastructure Microfoucs Operations Bridge Suite, Network Operations Management Suite and Operations orchestration for automation task has been deployed.

Solenis is an US based manufacturing company using Microfocus Suite for their Infrastructure Monitoring needs.

Telstra USM Life Cycle Project was aimed to migrate traditional OM and BSM Based monitoring solution to contemporary OMi solution. Telstra had 8000+ agents deployed in infrastructure which required upgrade. Operations Manager for Unix and BSM solutions were planned for movement to modern Operations Manager I 10.x.  


Microfocus (HPE) had cloud based APM solution. APM Team in Hewlett Packard Enterprise was responsible for implementation, customization, deployment and support of APM solution for the clients opting for HPE BSM cloud Solution. RouteOne and Avon Brazil's Application and backend infrastructure Monitoring needs have been fulfilled using HPE BSM cloud Solution. 


Roles & Resonsibilities 

  • Worked as Technical SME to help Telstra transform legacy HP BSM Solution to contemporary HPE OMi 10 Solution.
  •  Implemented and delivered synthetic application monitoring Solution and backend component monitoring for Avon Brazil and RouteOne.

  • Worked as InfoVista Developer and Supported PMS Solution for Vodafone India. 
  • Manage 24*7 operation support for InfoVista PMS Solution. Transformed Vodafone PMS Solution on "WHAT YOU PAY IS WHAT YOU GET" Model.
