Nate Crain has served as the president and CEO of Crain Information Systems since establishing this multifaceted Dallas consulting firm in 1995. A longstanding provider of technology industry advice, this firm offers a broad spectrum of services that range from non-profit fundraising planning and execution to customer development and engagement. To reflect its evolving areas of expertise better, Nate Crain added a DBA to the firm in 2018 that specifies “Crain Investments and Consulting.”

Outside of the professional arena, Mr. Crain has volunteered for multiple organizations and candidates of the Republican Party. He served on not only the National Finance Committee for George W. Bush’s successful bid for president of the United States, but also both the Finance Committee and the Steering Committee of, former Energy Secretary, Rick Perry’s successful bid to be the first Republican Lieutenant Governor since Reconstruction in Texas. Secretary Perry is the longest serving governor of the state of Texas.

Mr. Crain also has a long history of philanthropic and community involvement. He currently serves on the Advisory Council of Unlocking DOORS and the Board of Directors of the Southern Methodist University Crain Leadership Programs which he founded in 1999.
