 My passion for revenue management started at a young age. I started part-time at the hotel front desk and found that the hospitality industry was an excellent fit. This led me to a career in revenue management. My work ethic and unique knowledge base set me apart from others in my field. I have a complete understanding of revenue strategy and its continued evolution, knowledge of the entire landscape of hospitality technology, and its impact on distribution and statistical data gathering. My digital marketing experience, including social, SEM, and traditional marketing, help me contribute to the company in additional ways. I use my ability to think out of the box to solve problems with the knowledge that we can make anything better. Global head of revenue management for a newly formed luxury hotel brand by the famous luxury fitness brand. Established and activated the department identifying market share growth opportunities for diversified business verticals, including hotel, catering, food and beverage, spa, and amenities. 
  • Hired, trained, and developed the team, processes, and procedures for revenue strategy and management and CORE services, including reservations and PBX as the executive lead. 
  • Identified, designed, and implemented a robust technology platform that would scale as new hotels came on-board, including PMS, CRS, Direct-Connect technology, CRM, and RMS.

Led revenue management across a portfolio of 13 hotels. Established and led the brand call center's operation, which supported brand reservations, TRUMP CARD, and other communication duties. Created brand initiatives and developed core structures.
