As a powertrain research executive in Honda cars R&D India Navneet has been involved in vehicle validation and Exhaust after treatment system development. Navneet has played a lead role in completing competitor benchmarking and analysis pertaining to Fuel economy.
With expertise in Vehicle and engine homologation, Navneet has supported different teams in Type Approval and COP testing in Regulatory labs like ICAT.
Prior to working in Honda Cars R&D, Navneet was involved as a Engine homologation Engineer in ICAT responsible for handling 4 engine test cells and coordinating homologation testing for Chinese, Japanese and European clients. Due to the management skills shown by Navneet, he was responsible for delivering installation and commissioning of 2 endurance engine test cells within an span of 8 months.

5. Management of 4 Engine test cells for Maximum utilization by ensuring minimum downtime.
6. Development and Certification of Automotive, diesel Gensets as well as Off-Road Engines in Mass Emissions and Performance Testing with conformance to national as well as International Standards. CMVR, AIS, ECE,

7. Project incharge for setting up of new Engine Test Cells of 550 and 250 kW.
8. Coordinating the procurement of spares, consumables used for operating test cells.
9. Support for NABL and IMS accreditation of Engine Test Cell Department.
