Paper Abstract

In practice, for event time data, if the study aim is predictive accuracy, then the concordance could be a criterion for model selection. 

We evaluate the performance of the proposed method through various simulation studies. Furthermore, the new method and model selection based on concordance are applied to several data sets.


Paper Contribution: AUC comparison with Cox and AFT model 

We proposed semi-parametric and parametric AFT model based ROC for right censored data and derived the corresponding concordance. In practice, for event time data, if the study aim is predictive accuracy, then the concordance could be a criterion for model selection.
