Neil Newstead is the co-founder and CEO of Oakfield Estate Agents. He brings over 20 years of property sales experience and a strong leadership presence to every project he works on. Neil prides himself on customer service, coaching, and problem solving.

He began his career after he left the Army back in 1995. He started working for a local property company, where he learned as much as he could about the industry. He later combined that knowledge with his entrepreneurial spirit to launch his own company and become an industry leaders. Neil Newstead founded Oakfield Estate Agents to solve industry issues and expand within the market.  

His group has now become so successful that Neil has opened three branches in East Sussex, Hastings, Eastbourne, and East Sussex. He works hard to spend time at each branch interacting with management and staff so clients can have the best possible experience. He’s created a great atmosphere for his employees, which is reflected in how they treat their clients. Customer service is one of Neil’s top priorities. He understands that buying or selling a home and moving can be a stressful process, so he seeks to provide people with positive resources and great interactions during this time. 

Neil Newstead’s dedication to client service is what truly sets Oakfield Estate Agents apart from other groups. hey are a National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) certified business which has also led to an affiliation with and approval from the Association of Residential Letting Agents, National Association of Estate Agents, and the Institute of Residential Property Managers. His agents combine the necessary certifications with a dedication to serving their customers, working hard, and consistently learning about the industry. The atmosphere has a tight-knit family feel. 

If Neil Newstead isn’t hard at work, you can find him spending time with his lovely family. He’s a loving husband and caring father to his two children, seven-year-old Madison and four-year-old Austin. They enjoy activities such as bowling and going to the zoo, and also enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally. They have taken several holidays in America.
