Nichelle Davis-Ahmaddiya

An accomplished education administrator, Nichelle Davis-Ahmaddiya served as the associate director of school support services in Elwyn Nonpublic School Programs. As such, she not only works with school leadership to identify and resolve complex issues, but also integrates strategies aligned with the organization’s mission and values. Since joining Elwyn in 2014, Nichelle Davis-Ahmaddiya has served as an IMS liaison and a department coordinator.

Ms. Davis-Ahmaddiya holds a bachelor of business administration (BBA) degree in human resource management and risk management and insurance from Temple University and a master’s degree in education (MSEd) from the University of Pennsylvania. She is currently studying for her doctorate in education at Walden University.

Active within her local community, Ms. Davis-Ahmaddiya has given presentations on the results of Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) implementation at St. Rose of Lima School. She has presented on student-focused instruction and classroom management for a variety of other schools; developed violence prevention workshops; and written grants for the Community of Compassion CDC. She also volunteered with Pamoza International, a Christian nonprofit operating in Malawi
