Summary

A proven track record of meeting business goals through implementing UX and product strategies at Fortune 500 companies and startups across the globe. Democratic manager and team player with a passion for novel technologies, complex problem solving, and developing frameworks/models in user experience.

I am a firm believer in the need for user research and user-centered design before, during, and after development. A thorough understanding of experimental design drives my data-driven decision-making process. I use a breadth of quantitative methods to answer the “what” and a depth of qualitative methods to answer the “why.” I am a facilitator of communication between cross-functional teams of designers, engineers, and project managers. I create value through calculated strategy, planning, and execution of product development. I bridge the gap between business and UX, combining user experience strategy with innovation to meet business goals.
