Han-Wen Nien

As a cross-disciplinary resource integrator with proficiency in audiovisual content production, diversified collaboration development, and marketing planning, I have recently served as the producer of the "大人的 Small Talk" Podcast, which has been selected as one of Taiwan's Apple Podcasts' annual popular programs for multiple consecutive years.


During my involvement in marketing for small-scale film festivals, I secured sponsorships from international corporations such as NVIDIA and MSI. In my student years, I spearheaded the microfilm marketing project "Sweeter Than My Drink," which garnered corporate sponsorship for its completion and was screened across major campuses. After receiving nominations in various film festivals, it was even broadcasted on PTS channel. I am eager to embrace the challenge of combining different media with commercial value, stepping into various domains, and continually creating more emotionally resonant works.

  • Established collaborations for podcast advertising with brands such as ASML, Lam Research, Micron, Dell, IKEA, and more.
  • Producing a podcast show which is the top 5 podcast show in Taiwan 2020-2023. Generated annual revenue exceeding one million NT dollars through these business collaborations
  • Planned and managed the official Instagram account, accumulating over 110,000 followers from scratch.

The 41st Golden Harvest Awards (GHA) Press & Marketing Coordinator (Aug. 2018 - May 2019)

  • Developed sponsorships with international companies like NVIDIA, MSI, Leadtek & Pilotfly. Obtained sponsorships are worth 90,000 US dollars, included $60,000 product support & $30,000 ad support.
  • Established Facebook chatbot service & devised chatbot of film festival information.
  • Presses released & generated. Obtained 10 pieces of newspaper & 95 pieces of online news for the project.
  • Promoted events with Facebook & Instagram.
The 40th Golden Harvest Awards (GHA) Event Coordinator (Nov. 2017 - May 2018)

  • Executed the most important short film festival in Taiwan - the 40th GHA with 101 participating film crews at Hua-Shan Spot Cinema. 
  • Held the short film festival event for 9 days, the best-selected film forum in 7 campus, and collaborated with 32 sponsors on the film festival tour in Taiwan with 15,000 audience.
  • Obtained the sponsorship from Zenlet Wallet (Kickstarter's famous product) & Yang-Sun Life Shoes to launch exclusive products.

Marketing Manager (May 2017 - Oct. 2017)

  • Planned & executed tripartite marketing project with Garena Arena of Valor (the most popular mobile game in Taiwan) & Tea Plus (Global franchise teahouse chain).
  • Introduced Google Analytics & Flurry to business (Android app, iOS app, Website, LINE Bot), and optimized UX and UI redesign. 
  • Designed and simplified the official websites of the O2O stores, and reduced labor cost accordingly.
  • Developed the business plan with 130 stores, and increased 20,000 users in one season.

"Sweeter Than My Drink" Short Film Integrated Marketing Project, 2015

Producer , Director & Marketing Supervisor 

  • The most popular student-made short film in Taiwan. The promotional post on Facebook fan page reached 500 thousand times of views. The premiere news posted Public Television Service channel’s fan page got approximately 3,500 likes and 910 shares, which showed the highest engagement rate ever before in terms of short film promotion.
  • The largest-scale student-made short film in Taiwan, held 5 campus open auditions with 400 participants; sold out 400 premiere tickets within 80 mins and held 19 sessions of special screening tour in Taiwan.
  • Teamed up with 50 members from different college (NTU, NCCU, NTHU, NTUA, etc.) in Taiwan.
  • Obtained the sponsorship from HIM International Music Inc. (Top music company in Taiwan) & Oregin (Taiwanese franchise teahouse chain) sponsorship, and it is also an unprecedented cooperation in any student-made film project.
  • Invited by EDA Rhinos (Chinese Professional Baseball League team) for ceremonial first pitch.
  • Built the official website for sharing the student experience by 100 thousand words behind-the-scenes story.
