The COO of A-1 Business Systems, Nitin Verma prepared for his career by earning a bachelor's degree in accounting from Flagler College. Nitin Verma also completed an internship at the Florida State Board of Administration, where he analyzed investment risk and compliance procedures.

Early in his career, Nitin Verma gained experience monitoring investment performance, reconciling investment returns, and performing audits as a financial analyst at the Florida Prepaid College Board. In 2012, he took on the position of an investment analyst at the Florida State Board of Administration. Among his responsibilities, he evaluated control weaknesses and risk for every newly acquired investment across all applicable pension plan asset classes.

Following this role, Mr. Verma joined A-1 Business Systems, a company that provides mailing services and equipment. Today, he leads accounting operations such as reconciling tax and W-2 filings and preparing payments and reports for insurance companies and government entities. Additionally, he assists with managing staff performance, carrying out commercial sales strategies, and tracking sales with the goal of growing revenue and expanding the business.
