An equity capital markets analyst, Nolan Berkenfeld served on a team that guides clients through all aspects of the capital markets investment process, from creating investor presentations to the facilitation of roadshows and allocation of equity. Mr. Berkenfeld studied at the Charles H. Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in finance. During his time on campus, he participated in a variety of professionally oriented extracurricular activities. Mr. Berkenfeld was selected to join an on-campus investment club which manages over $80,000 in assets. During his time in the club, he participated in various educational workshops and stock pitches where he learned the fundamentals of equity investing. For a time, he acted as the Consumer Sector Director where he led and educated his team on the delivery of research based stock pitches and analyzed ways in which the sector could maximize its overall return while effectively contributing to the diversity of the entire fund.

Mr. Berkenfeld was active in his membership with the Future Business Leaders of America-Phi Beta Lambda (FBLA-PBL). In his sophomore year, he served as co-president of the FBLA-PBL where he was tasked with creating and leading the organization's educational presentations and overseeing the general programming of the club including the recruitment of new members and charitable efforts. He was passionate about this organization for its ability to connect with and prepare underclassmen for a successful career in business. The presentations he helped create and deliver were based on a variety of topics from dissecting the various industries within business such as consulting, investment banking, etc. to effective communication, networking, and resume writing skills.
