As a retail assistant i have picked up communication skills, with customers and especially with my team mates.
Communication skills plays an important role in any jobs as it allows everyone to understand information so there will not be miscommunication or lesser. Composure skill is also needed as retail assistants when it comes to crowd, this is need in other jobs as we need to have the ability to maintain a level-head in a high intensity situation.
