As a HR manager in Endao, I was also responsible to maintain and solved the employee relations. No matter in onboard training, team conflict, labor bargaining, or exit interviews. I had to do my best to reduce the conflict in current company.
At Dean shoes, I joined welfare committee for one year. At that time I was responsibly for the company trip.
In the Endao, I had to responsibly not only the whole benefits but the compensation that such like monthly salary, bonus, insurance, workout allowance and training allowance. Otherwise also held the team-building and company trip.
Training: I established the onboard training program in Deanshoes and Endao. And also held the forum for the new employee or the mid-level manager in Deanshoes.
Policy Setting: According to the government's policy to establish the HR documents and publish to the company's members whom should follow.
Assist the department head to ensure the smooth operation of the department
1. Manage the recruitment tools, be responsible for the hotel recruitment, and arranging interviews.
2. The execution of personnel changes, rewards and punishments, and assessments.

5. Following the IHG policy and holding the annual Colleague Heartbeat and HR Audit.

It will introduce some HR projects that I had been executing that like "Company trip", "Forum", "Campus Recruiting"
Held the company trip in Deanshoes and Endao. That were all overseas trips which located in Japan.
The number of attendance was about 80 persons in Deanshoes and about 30 in Endao.
My duty at in this project was make the decision to control the budge and schedule. And made the employee feel satisfied with the tour.
Held the forum once a half year. This was a on-board forum and the main member who attendance were the employees who just the onboard in Deanshoes and our chairman.
The number of attendance was about 25-30 persons in one time.
Also responsible for the campus recruiting and internship program.
Attended almost 10 times campus recruiting expo in one year.
And communicated with the university to make a corporation in internship program which recruited 15-20 interns every year.
