NewStyle Media Group - Assist Chinese singers in entering the global market / Fan engagement monetization    
1. Led the promotion of Naomi Wang’s new album in APAC market and cooperated with BeautyPlus (a widely-used selfie app in several asian markets) in holding a selfie campaign through an interactive music AR on social media, which resulted in a ten-fold increase in traffic on music platforms. 
2. In charge of TV series,The Untamed, 1st anniversary campaign, including social media and media planning. The campaign's focal point, a Tik Tok lip sync challenge, successfully motivated fans to, once again, engage with the show and resulted in a 200% increase in followers on Tik Tok and received more than 20 PR exposures in Southeast Asia market. 
3. Assist with EC of The Untamed’s Merchandise, including developing and executing social media strategy and media planning. We make sure the visuals and copywriting on EC platforms align with that of local festivals and popular events, which brought a 300% growth in total sales volume after 2 months of operation.
4. Supported the company's strategic department to develop a realizable business plan. Due to my familiarity of operating experience in the fan economy, I took the initiative to propose to Pi Network, a U.S. virtual currency brand, and successfully won the business to operate the Weibo community in the Greater China region.

Meitu Inc. - MEITU APP
1. As a project lead to assist Meitu APP in globalization, from formulating go-to-market and affiliate marketing strategies, operating social medias and planning brand cooperation, to arranging and optimizing media strategies. 
2. Led strategy and implementation of Thailand and Indonesia market. APP successfully hit Top 3 on APP Store and Google Play in Thailand Q1 2020 and DAU growth increased 180% in H1. And in Indonesia, DAU growth increased 150% in 2018 H1 compared to 2017. 
3. Despite a 1/10 decrease in budget compared to 2018, I still led Meitu APP to reach 100% DAU growth in 2019 by holding O2O campaigns using only owned media and free resources, such as ASO, H5, and social media. 
4. Established global creators resource exchange project to enhance brand's awareness in Southeast Asia. During cooperation period, product DAU increased 20%, and received more than 50 PR exposures. 
5. Coordinated data from all departments, focused on key indicators, and guide the team to produce trending effects that are well-liked by Southeast Asian celebrities, KOL & KOC... They actively share Meitu’s effects on social medias platforms which accelerated APP’s user growth.

Senior Account Executive in Leo Burnett, Taiwan - McDonald's 
1. Led the development and launch of the first global e-membership mobile app of McDonald’s, including product and design management, media planning, social media, WOM operation and design management for POSM.
2. Mobile APP successfully reached over 3.5M users in Taiwan market in less than a year, with a DAU/MAU ratio of 40% and churn rate of <5%.
3. Managed Dian Dian loyalty cards campaign, the first VIP program of McDonald’s, resulting in the entire inventory sold out across the country within two weeks. 
Account Executive in SHAPE Advertising, Taiwan - Luxgen MOTORS
1. Managed the national launch of Luxgen’s first eco-friendly car - U6 Turbo. Luxgen became one of Taiwan’s top three sold SUV brands in 2014.
