Mitsubishi (Jul 2017 - Present) 

1. Managed a team to lead the brand partnership strategy for Mitsubishi COLT PLUS line, working with brands like McDonald’s, PChome, and WowPrime 

2. Implemented Mitsubishi’s year-end holiday promotion, managing the deployment of point of sales material (POSM), digital banners, television advertisements 

3. Conducted advertising effectiveness research on existing online and offline television campaigns to improve performance, confirming efficacy of current approach 

McDonald's (May 2016 - Jul 2017) 

1. Led the development and launch of McDonald’s first global CRM mobile app; responsibilities included product management, design management, media planning, customer success, and launch management for the app 

2. Mobile app successfully earned over 3.5M users in less than a year, with a DAU/MAU ratio of 40% and churn rate <5%, saturating the entire Taiwanese market 

3. Managed the McDonald’s Dian Dian Card campaign, the client’s first VIP program, resulting in their entire inventory of loyalty cards sold out across the country within two weeks of launch; responsibilities included digital media management, social influencer marketing, and website architecture and planning 

4. Won the 2017 Greater China Effie Awards

Luxgen (Jan. 2014 - March 2016) 

1. Managed the national launch of Luxgen’s first eco-friendly car - the U6 Turbo - making Luxgen one of Taiwan’s top three sold SUV brands in 2014 

2. Led Luxgen’s shift into digital marketing and increased their previously allocated budget; campaigns included building out landing pages and hosting online events
