As a distribution supervisor of D-Link Taiwan ,I was responsible for product marketing and sales campaigns of D-Link Taiwan. It was more important to integrate Channel sales status in addition to achieving the distributor’s Buy-In target. The main tasks included:


1. Complete the distributor's annual contract.

2. PSI planning and tracking of distributors.

3. Channel business planning:

a) Major Accounts operation:

A. Physical channels: Participate in the planning and operation of channels such as National Electronics, TK3C.

B. E-commerce platform: Participate in the execution of major e-commerce platforms, such as PC Home, Yahoo, MOMO Shopping, etc., especially on Double 11, Double 12 campaigns,. Achieve 95% of the annual performance target.

C. Costco: negotiating limited-time single-day offer, quarterly sales promotion , membership manual activity proposal planning, and reaching 130% of the annual product sales target.

Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Fnac Channel Management-Successfully developed Fnac, with a growth of 400% in three months; with department store anniversary celebrations, limited products and gifts were proposed to increase Fnac's overall performance by 200% on weekdays

b) Distributor's SMB customer operations: The number of dealers is about 800 per month, and most of the customers are small and medium-sized enterprises.

4. Start a price meeting with Channel Sales members monthly to confirm price competitiveness.

5. Cross-departmental integration, cooperating with product and marketing departments for product marketing activities .

6.Response for consumer complaints.

I am Shih Syun Hung.Most people say I am easygoing,but when mention about work,I always try my best to reach the target by creation!

When I was young,I Majored in Commercial Design in college, so that I own the ability of appreciation.

I am now currently studying for MBA at the National Normal University. I hope to return to campus after a period of experience in the workplace, to learn new concepts, new tools, and learn from each other students who are in different fields. Finally,to increase my competitiveness.


I have worked in Global Company(Wholly Owned Subsidiary) as a coordinate supervisor, my previous work experience was in marketing & sales.I am a good team player.I am an expert in negotiation,management ,and coordination .

     Doing exercise on schedule is my life style,especially Extreme Sport,like as Surfing. I believe sports & social activities are the most important items for a marketing person.It makes us Positive.I am jogging everyday so that keep my Brain flexible.I go surfing every weekend so that keep my emotion smoothly.I am a member of a famous Surf Club,we are not only conquest wave point abroad but support Public Service Activities on beach! I want to pass positive power to Disadvantaged Group by that.I am also a member of Primary Men Club which is built up from famous media,I make friends by their regular meetings,and exchange Life/Work experiences with people who come from a variety of different fields.
