At DeepSenseDev, I spearheaded the development of an innovative robotic solution designed to enhance triage procedures in emergency rooms. This project involved the integration of cutting-edge technologies, including the NVIDIA Jetson platform, advanced navigation algorithms with ROS 2 (nav2) in Python, and the Intel RealSense depth camera. My role encompassed the entire development lifecycle, from conceptualization to deployment.

Key Achievements:

  • Robot Design & Integration: Successfully engineered and assembled the robot by integrating crucial components such as Arduino microcontrollers, a robust motor driver, and high-torque DC motors, ensuring seamless hardware-software interaction for optimal performance.

  • Navigation & Control: Implemented sophisticated navigation algorithms using nav2 on the ROS 2 framework, leveraging Python's powerful programming capabilities. This enabled the robot to autonomously navigate through dynamic emergency room environments, adeptly avoiding obstacles and efficiently reaching designated points.

  • Depth Sensing & Perception: Integrated the Intel RealSense depth camera into the system, which significantly enhanced the robot’s spatial awareness and obstacle detection capabilities. This feature was crucial for safe and reliable operation in crowded ER settings.

  • Application in Triage: Customized the robot's functionalities to specifically address the needs of emergency room triage. Its ability to autonomously navigate and relay critical information expedited the triage process, making it more efficient and reducing response times.

  • Testing & Optimization: Conducted rigorous testing in simulated ER environments to refine the robot's performance. This iterative process involved troubleshooting, tuning control parameters, and optimizing navigation algorithms to ensure reliability under real-world conditions.

  • Collaboration & Leadership: Worked closely with healthcare professionals to align the robot's capabilities with practical ER requirements. - Trained machine learning models to predict car market prices, improving the accuracy of price estimates by 30% and enabling Automainz to make data-driven pricing decisions. Utilized Python and TensorFlow to develop and fine-tune the models, incorporating data from various sources such as historical sales data, market trends, and vehicle features. Collaborated with the data science team to optimize the models' performance, resulting in more precise price predictions and increased customer satisfaction.

- Integrated llamas and GPT-3.5 into the car dealership platform, enhancing customer service by providing real-time assistance and personalized recommendations based on customers' preferences and browsing behavior. Leveraged natural language processing techniques and APIs to enable seamless communication between customers and the AI-powered system. Integrated llamas to aid in tasks such as scheduling test drives, answering frequently asked questions, and providing detailed vehicle information. The implementation of GPT-3.5 allowed for high-quality responses and improved customer interactions, leading to enhanced overall satisfaction and increased conversion rates.

- Actively participated in building the Automainz iOS mobile app using SwiftUI. Collaborated with a cross-functional team of designers and developers to design the user interface and implement the app's features. Utilized SwiftUI, an innovative framework introduced by Apple, to create a modern and user-friendly app interface. Employed various SwiftUI components such as lists, forms, and navigation views to enhance the overall user experience. Implemented functionalities such as vehicle browsing, price estimation, vehicle comparison, and personalized recommendations to empower customers with a seamless and efficient car buying experience.

Triggering COORD REST web services for tolls on the road information and using it's JSON data returned.. Used Core location librarie for pick location and database coordinates updates in order to know user and driver real-time location. Implementation of google direction and google maps sdk to clarify to the users location updates. Use of Geocoder for radius searches using latitude and longitude coordinates. Integrated several specialized systems with SAP ECC, for a vertical health implementation clearinghouse. Accomplished extensive workflow development involving complex designs, rigid deadlines, project tracking, configuration and performance optimization.     

Began development by building the specifications for SAP PI Middleware; received requirements from users. Saved 30% of project time by reusing an application for all integrations; developed the code in Java. Integrated master data in real-time through IDOC and Proxies.
 Worked on synchronous and asynchronous communications between specialized systems and SAP. 
         

Used global data types to develop various mappings and interfaces.
Configured integration builder using scenarios and routing rules; interfaces, endpoints, parties and channels. Built complex Xslt mappings.

Designed and developed an Integrated Health application for the national ministry of defense in Colombia. Migrated the function from ECC to another environment using TIBCO. Instrumental in troubleshooting all EDI transaction failures. Performed EDI implementations and provided the necessary support for trading partners. Monitored EDI interfaces.             

Maintained EDI supplier onboarding process, partner profiles, XI DB entries; configured Seeburger Splitter entries and did end-to-end testing.                 

Developed UDF to implement dynamic configurations.              

Created an interface where PI picked SBC Tlog files; sent data to POSDM using BAPI/POSDW/BAPI POSTR CREATE.         

Worked on the development and installation of ANSI-X12 EDI messages with Seeburger's B2B package. Used SAP Ariba adapter to send data for integration scenarios.
Developed interfaces using SAP IDOC AAE adapter and Seeburger B2B.
