Otwan Lowery

Tax Consulting and Nonprofit Leadership

The recipient of a bachelor's degree in accounting from Babson College, Otwan J. Lowery began his career as a tax consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Stamford, Connecticut. He served 2 years in this capacity, helping international businesses and US expatriates maintain compliance with tax regulations. Otwan Lowery subsequently joined Deloitte, where he spent 3 years serving the same clientele.

Otwan J. Lowery has also assisted clients in these matters through his company OJLowery, LLC, which he founded in 2007. He also provides full-service bookkeeping and consulting services to nonprofits. He concurrently serves as CEO of the software company PreciseGrants, which he founded in 2018. Moreover, he founded and acts as a board member with the nonprofit PreciseImpact.

Mr. Lowery has extensive volunteer and nonprofit experience. He previously co-founded OJL Biz Kidz, which hosts business development workshops for high school students and extends college scholarships to select program participants. In addition, he has taught business and economics courses in a volunteer capacity at Cloonan Middle School and Frederick Douglass Academy.
