Joining a well-known company allows me to see the flow, scale, and planning of different levels in the past.
The responsible department is Growth, and the details will be divided into User Acquisition team, User Engagement team, Market tool team. I support all of them.
My supervisor appreciates my excellent adaptability and cooperation ability, and often assigns me as a mobile team to support multiple teams.
In a world-class company, and in a remote working environment, I often need to hold meetings with foreigners. Although my English has improved a lot, I still need to continue to work hard. In the extra time, I go online to find an online teacher to learn English.
I will continue to challenge myself, and to be the best one.
As a QA, I don't want to lose to my colleagues and team members. I work hard to learn all kinds of knowledge, defend every product, and be proud of the product and ashamed of not finding a bug.
As a team leader in the past, I am committed to creating a team that grows together, speaks frankly, shares new knowledge, and helps each other to compete in a healthy but relaxed environment.
And as myself, I try my best to do the right thing and do the thing right. Speak up for the right thing. To improve the wrong things, many things are not absolutely right or wrong, but I am willing to discuss and research to achieve an acceptable bilateral balance point. This is my attitude towards life and my attitude to work .
Work for Life and Live for Work. Work should not just be work, but enjoy work and get a sense of accomplishment from it.
