Advertising BD & Operation Manager


1. Implement and manage online advertising campaigns through DFP ad server and monitor delivery from beginning to end and optimize as needed
2. Optimize traffic and maximize returns through Google AdSense, Ad Exchange and other digital advertising solution providers
3. Interact with internal dept. including but not limited to coordination and consultation to ensure a successful advertising campaign/all Ads on site are correctly deployed
4. Troubleshooting creative, site tagging and tracking issues that may arise throughout the process
5. Implement third-party tracking such as DFA or Atlas
6. Lead two operation staff to perform the day-to-day ad placements and scheduling including rich media and content Ad placements
7. Analyze ad pricing and performance and identify growth opportunity


1. Prior experience in ad operations and trafficking with a strong understanding of implementation factors and quality assurance best practices 2. 5+ years of digital marketing experience on publisher, agency and/or client side 3. Strong technical mind and background. Ability to understand project management fundamentals, web operations, the online advertising space, and the complexity of technology as it relates to online Ads and Ad campaign management 4. Must be highly adaptable and proactive - a self-starter unafraid to dive into challenges with little direction 5. Must be a strong communicator; comfortable partnering with all levels internally and externally
