Pointimize is seeking a committed and proactive Project Management & Operation Intern to join the team. An ideal candidate will be assisting with various projects to grow with the team and ensure that Pointimize delivers delightful and high-quality experiences to our users.

At Pointimize, you will be one of the pioneer member witnessing and participating in growing this company. As a Project Management & Product Operations Intern, you will work across projects to ensure alignment and coordination across operations. You will also work closely with CEO and co-founders to provide direct administrative support and assist with various projects.


Responsibilities

  1. Monitor industry development and related industry conversations on social media.
  2. Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.
  3. Maintain airline and hotel database to ensure the most accurate flight/hotel search results
  4. Provide regular and effective progress updates to management to ensure the mitigation of any delivery risks or issues
  5. Assisting the Product & Marketing Team on various projects as assigned
  6. Work closely with CEO and co-founders to provide direct administrative support and assist with various projects.


Qualification 

  • Ability to read and write English fluently is a must 
  • Passionate about creative ideas, open minded, willing to learn, optimistic personality
  • Independent and proactive mindset with a sense of urgency and time management
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Attention to detail with high prioritization and organizational skills. 
  • Innate interest in learning users behavior through observation, user research and qualitative data 
  • Travel lover 


Good to Have

  • Basic understanding of SEO
  • Experience in photo editing software
  • Understanding of loyalty programs
  • Experience in OTAs, hotels, airlines, metasearch and other international travel companies

Duration & Time Commitment

  • 6 months
  • At least 24 hours each week (Full-timers are welcome)
