At Malwarebytes, a leading cybersecurity company, I am actively engaged in the B2B sector, where my role involves working two key platforms dedicated to fortifying companies against cyber threats and safeguarding their valuable data. As a part of my responsibilities, I conduct comprehensive UX audits to enhance the user experience on these platforms, ensuring seamless navigation and optimal functionality for our users. Additionally, I take care of initiatives to measure and improve user experience through the implementation of Customer Effort Score methodologies, thereby contributing to the continual enhancement of our user flows and the overall cybersecurity for our users.

I worked on the Voice Automation Dashboard developed based on TotalVoice Voice API, the largest Voice API in Brazil. The product was going through a big redesign process focusing on user needs and improvements.
I worked on many improvements of a big platform to make a better experience of real estates at HAR.com, the biggest Association of Realtors in Houston, Texas, United States.
EmCasa is a startup in the real estate segment. I redesigned the brand, created the Design System, created new user experiences based on simply flows and navigations. Redesigned the App and the responsive Website. Making Heuristic Analysis and Usability Tests, and based on that, made the changes and created a better experience focused on the users.

I was responsible for working with Sony Mobile. My main tasks were: Creating the mobile app task flows and UI with Axure, and using Photoshop and Illustrator to apply Sony’s brand guidelines to the interfaces. I was responsible for creating and managing the project documentation and running usability tests. We also worked with the engineering team during the development process.
I worked on e-learning and web UI projects. Regarding the former, I had the opportunity to work with Moodle, and for the latter, I’ve used my knowledge in Joomla, HTML and CSS. I’ve also relied heavily on Photoshop e Illustrator.
At Arcus I gained experience with Joomla, Magento and Prestashop platforms, as well as Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver softwares, HTML and CSS programming languages. I was responsible for creating layouts and developing web sites, blogs and e-commerces projects.
