Paul Hurley

Leadership Background in US Army Logistics

Paul Hurley has an extensive leadership background in the United States Army. Based in North Carolina and Kuwait, Paul Hurley was responsible for managing Department of Defense logistics operations in the Middle East and Central Asia.

Setting in place new trans-Arabian transportation routes and distribution centers, Mr. Hurley spearheaded efforts that helped push ISIS from Iraq and eliminate the ISIS caliphate. He also worked to streamline contracting processes worth $500 million and more than doubled supply chain velocity. The overall impact was to increase operational readiness for a hundred thousand pieces of equipment across a dozen countries.

After earning a BS in engineering technology from Texas A&M University, Mr. Hurley completed an MA in strategic studies at the US Air Force University and an MS in industrial engineering at the University of Tennessee. Active in the Association of the United States Army, Paul Hurley supports his alma mater as a member of the Texas Aggie Corps of Cadets Association.
