In addition to basic molecular biology and cell biology experiments (such as Western blotting, qPCR, cell culture, etc.), I have also participated in animal experiments involving antibody preparation and the study of molecular mechanisms. I also have experience in culturing and differentiating placental stem cells and published a related research paper in the Journal of Biological Chemistry in 2018. Apart from designing experimental plans, I have also been involved in writing research papers and project applications (National Health Institute projects). After joining AIBIOS K.K. , I have not only expanded my expertise in immune cell culture and flow cytometry operation but have also contributed to the establishment of drug functional testing methods.

1. Protein analysis: protein pull-down, Western blotting, BCA assay, ELISA, etc.

2. Virus packaging and collection: Preparation of lentivirus, retrovirus, and Zika virus in small quantities.

4. RNA-related analysis: RNA purification, qPCR, preparation of RNA sequencing samples.

5. Cell culture: Placental cells, placental stem cells, and immune cell culture.

6. Gene editing: CRISPR/Cas9 gene knockout.

Polyclonal antibody preparation and purification: Preparation of antigen peptides, experimental animal antigen injection, experimental animal blood collection, and serum separation.I wrote the thesis for this degree. 8. Flow cytometry analysis: Analysis of  NK cell -based methods.

Honors and Awards

1. At the university received three academic excellence awards.

2. Received Professor Chen Xisong's Analytical Chemistry Excellence Scholarship.

3. Published paper in JBC, Title:New insights into the regulation of placental growth factor gene expression by the transcription factors GCM1 and DLX3 in human placenta.
