A resident of Paoli, Pennsylvania, Paul Kirk serves as an attorney at the Philadelphia law firm of Gerolamo, McNulty, Divis & Lewbart. There since 2017, he has litigated numerous jury trials to verdict in state and federal courts and has argued before the Pennsylvania Superior Court, an appellate body in the state. Paul Kirk’s practice primarily involves motor vehicle, premises, and general liability cases.

With a legal career spanning some three decades, Mr. Kirk has worked at a number of other Pennsylvania law firms, but has also taken on other legal roles. For example, he was general counsel for GTS Advisors from 2006 to 2014. During his time there, he provided brokerage consulting services to large institutional investors, negotiated and drafted employment contracts, restrictive covenants, and non-disclosure agreements, and managed all corporate and business operations, including but not limited to legal, financial, insurance, and payroll.

Apart from his work as an attorney, Paul Kirk is a member of Citizens Climate Lobby (Chester County, Pennsylvania chapter), an international organization whose goal is to pass legislation that imposes a carbon tax on fossil fuels. For some eight years, he has also coached youth softball.
