Matchmade for over 87 companies for their solutions with citizens' needs, passing on to the City Government for scenario planning of POC, pilot running the innovative solutions to implement in Taipei City.
Big Data and UX Promoting Project
Engaged in every project execution, such as communications, exhibitions, competitions and website maintenance...etc, ensuring that the performance was in correspondence with the project plan.
Assisted in setting up website flow and visual interface utilizing experiences in the field of UI/UX. Constantly revised the flow and UI/UX and contents of the website to continuously improve the appeal of the website to consumers.
Managed the content and translation of the website, analyzed troves of statistical raw data to isolate problems and generate solutions, and met the prospective goal that the City Government is looking for.
