A Project Coordinator who has had extensive experiences working in the information technology and financial industry and aimed to become a Project Manager. Such experiences, together with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Technology, have honed myself with strong communication skills, expertise in project management and insight in marketing. Communicated and integrated with both internal and external cross-functional teams and resources, planning the brand strategy and design, reaching the demand of the system infrastructure and process flow. 


International Card Companies related Projects    

Engaged with international card companies (VISA, Mastercard, JCB, UnionPay...etc) in projects targeted at Taiwanese market. Managed to meet the targeted objectives and launch dates.


Taipei Smart City Project 

Matchmade for over 87 companies for their solutions with citizens' needs, passing on to the City Government for scenario planning of POC, pilot running the innovative solutions to implement in Taipei City.


Big Data and UX Promoting Project 

Engaged in every project execution, such as communications, exhibitions, competitions and website maintenance...etc, ensuring that the performance was in correspondence with the project plan.

TransAction Award Website

Set up the website flow and visual interface utilizing experiences in the field of UI/UX. Constantly revised the flow and UI/UX and contents of the website to continuously improve the appeal of the website to consumers.    


Taipei Smart City Website

Managed the content and translation of the website, analyzed troves of statistical raw data to isolate problems and generate solutions, and met the prospective goal that the City Government is looking for.  


SmaEXPO Mobile Prototype 

Designed the website flow and visual interface with Axure RP and other online tools. Collected feedback from alpha- testers to constantly revise the flow and UI/UX to boost consumer appeal.


Golden Penguin Award

In charged of the award event from initial planning to field operations. Coordinated from primary election of 88 Apps to finale of 16 of the award, including marketing strategy planning, setting rules of competition, judge invitation, field operation, and campaign holding.  



IT Next International Forum

In charged of the operation, marketing, and forum holding. Arranged speakers from cross-industries and international companies to enhance attention from mass media, including Evernote, UXPA China, Attention Groups Denmark, Yahoo Design Team, AppWorks, Lion Travel, Gigabyte, Acer, Pegatron, and Qisda for experience sharing. Attracted about 500 people participate in the forum.  


E-Payment Carnival 

Integrated teams within the company and resources from external suppliers, including invitation of merchants to promote mobile- payment and Financial Supervisory Commission to enhance marketing exposure. Coordinated sponsors of global payment companies including Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express and FISC to ensure the appropriate marketing impact to the public. Reached more than 45 press exposure and attracted more than 1000 people to the one-day promoting event.
