Stimulus Vouchers Program 2020
NCCC started the Stimulus Vouchers Program with setting up a credit card streaming platform in June, and will launch on July 1st under policy demand. Participated in the program team which across several entities to defined the functions and work out the specs, revised it with the policy adjustment from time to time. In the meantime, gathered the banks to announce the principle and progress every other day, and resolved the issues during UAT testing intensely. Communicated with every stakeholders and the political affairs in no time, in order to track every phase were on schedule.
Governmental Payment Platform
Led the project team to modify the whole system structure and figured out the solutions due to the demand of the policy within half an year. Took whole responsibility of parallel communication and troubleshooting with cross-functional teams, reported directly to the management level and competent authority on a timely basis. Ensured the performance was in correspondence with the project schedule, and enhanced the usability during the process. The renew project was released on Oct. 1st, 2019.
Global Card Schemes Related Projects
Took requests from the card schemes of projects targeted at Taiwanese market, including 3D Secure and QR Code payment. Integrated resources to assess system requirements and process flow in both issuing and acquiring side, along with negotiation of sponsorship with the payment networks, and usability test with pilot banks. Rolled out the programs with targeted objectives, and helped the following banks to migrate new service smoothly, driving acquisition and usage on global payment card.
Taipei Smart City Project
Match-made over 80 companies for their solutions with needs from the citizens, passing on to the City Government for scenario planning of Proof-of-Concept, being the intermediary between the government and the private sectors, and pilot running the innovative solutions to implement in Taipei City. Been the major contact between different smart cities globally, establishing great relationships across countries and maintain a positive image of the Taipei City Government.
Set up the website flow and visual interface utilizing experiences in the field of UI. Constantly revised the UX and contents of the website to continuously improve the appeal of the website to audiences.
Managed the content and translation of the website, analyzed troves of statistical raw data to isolate problems and generate solutions, and met the prospective goal that the City Government is looking for.
Designed the website flow and visual interface with Axure RP and other online tools. Collected feedback from alpha-testers to constantly revise the UX to boost audiences' appeal.
In charge of the award event from initial planning to every step of the execution. Involved in marketing strategy planning, setting rules of competition, judge invitation, selection of every prize, and campaign holding from the primary election of 88 Apps to the finale of 10.
Took whole responsibility of the event, including invited speakers from cross-industries and international companies to enhance attention from mass media, including Evernote, UXPA China, Attention Groups Denmark, Yahoo Design Team, AppWorks, Lion Travel, Gigabyte, Acer, Pegatron, and Qisda for experience sharing. Attracted about 500 people participate in the forum.
Integrated internal resources and external suppliers, including invitation of merchants and Financial Supervisory Commission to enhance marketing exposure; sponsors of card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, JCB and American Express to pose a positive social impact to the public. Reached more than 45 press exposure and attracted more than 1000 people to the one-day promoting event.
