Communication
Having the experience working in multi-cultural company has enabled me to understand the value of how important communication is. In my previous job I not only needed to coordinate with Chinese colleagues but also to explain the whole situation to our foreign colleagues. With this practices allows me to target the problem and find the solution rapidly.
Project Management
Being an English teacher,preparation in advance is very vital. To make sure that the lesson will go well and most important of all must be logical enough to meet your teaching aim. Flexibility and time management are two specific features you need in your lesson.
Software
Presentation is always required in teaching. Sometimes we need to make and adjust our own slides to make the lesson goes better.
