Communication

Having the experience working in multi-cultural company has enabled me to understand the value of how important communication is. In my previous job I not only needed to coordinate with Chinese colleagues but also to explain the whole situation to our foreign colleagues.  With this practices allows me to target the problem and find the solution rapidly.




Project Management

Tracking each customer's order status and coordinate with each batches. Target to meet customer's schedule and be responsive to the questions and find the corresponding resolutions. Update the weekly report to be on the same page with all the parties. 


Problem solving

Having calls with customers made me realize there is no such perfect resolutions. We have to be both agree at some point that would cover both of our benefits. It is important to show patience and take the time try to find the balance which I think I had been performing well over my past working experience.
