Peter Zeller

Naval Officer and Business Leader in Charlotte, NC

Peter Zeller is a Charlotte, NC-based military officer who has served in the United States Navy since 1994. Throughout this time, Peter Zeller has been based in Charlotte, NC, alongside Atlanta and several other cities.

In addition, he has received several promotions and has held the rank of commanding officer since 2019. In this role, Mr. Zeller oversees the NR Fifth Fleet, Naval Central Command Plans, and TSCP unit. Before this, he was the company commander of Alpha Company Coastal Riverine Squadron 10, where he oversaw 237 sailors.

For 15 years, Peter Zeller has also worked with Charlotte-based Honeywell International. Serving as director of strategic sourcing, he leads several teams while working with company leaders. He has overseen multiple projects in the position, such as establishing eight manufacturing sites focused on personal protective equipment.

Mr. Zeller also serves as an adjunct associate professor at the University of Maryland Global Campus. He teaches Military History courses has previously taught organizational leadership and business law, among other classes.
