自傳
您好，我是董子涵，畢業於東吳大學法律系。我來自台北，喜歡團隊運動，在音樂領域上也稍有涉略，因為高中組過樂團，和大學參加過排球系隊的經驗，從中了解到團隊合作和與人溝通的重要性，也在活動中努力精進自己的技術，因此能在表演和比賽中看到團隊努力的成果。
大學畢業兵役服畢後，為了增進自己的法學素養與專業，立刻投入了準備刑法組研究所的考試。在準備考試過程中，養成了閱讀整理期刊文章的習慣，也對刑事法相關議題產生濃厚興趣，所幸不辱命，以當年度榜首進入東吳大學研究所就讀。在通過律師高考後，為了找尋人生未來規劃，嘗試從實務經驗中找到自己的出路，因此陸續有機會進入事務所和科技公司中擔任法務助理，也因此在過程中了解到了法律事務所和大型公司法務工作的生態與環境不同，也學習到如何與不同部門和不同角色間溝通與調和的能力。
為了擴展自己的視野，希望了解在法律與科技的結合下，會產生什麼樣的碰撞與問題，有幸參與公平會委託之研究計畫，對於數位科技與網路發展下，法律將會如何變遷，同時也鍛鍊了對於法律長文件的寫作與編排能力。在研究所的學習與報告過程中，我也注意到了，如何將抽象的法律概念以淺顯易懂的白話方式讓當事人理解，是一個優秀律師必須具備的技能，為了鍛鍊自己這部分的能力，陸續嘗試擔任學校教學助理的課輔工作後，並輾轉成為了公職補習班的刑事訴訟法講師，除了培養溝通與說服的能力外，也切身掌握最新的法律實務學說爭議問題和修法動態來精進自我。
如今，在經過了長久的法學訓練和自我準備後，我相信自己準備好了，希望一方面能夠發揮自己的長才，為貴所帶來新的活力與新的戰力，一方面能夠從先進前輩中學習到如何成為一位優秀、溫柔與充滿熱誠的法律人。
Autobiography
My name is Tzu-Han Tung, graduated from Soochow University department of law. I come from Taipei. I like team sports and music. Because of my experience of forming a band and joining a volleyball team, I know the importance of communication and team effort. I made an effort to improve myself and being a good teammate, that is why we made good accomplishment in a performance or in a competition.
After graduating from collage and finishing military service, to improve my legal quality, I started to prepare for graduate school. It became a hobbit to read law reviews, also I develop the interest in criminal law during the preparation. I’m honored to be the top of the list entering the graduate school of Soochow University. After passing the Bar, in order to find my path, I tried to find some opportunities to practice. Fortunately, I went into a law firm and a technology company one after another, I learned the difference between litigation lawyer and in-house lawyer, and also knew how to communicate and coordinate.
In order to expand my horizon, to understand how technology and law combines together, I participated a research project to find out how the future of internet law would become, it also improved my ability of writing and editing. During graduate school, I’ve noticed that a necessary ability to become a remarkable lawyer is to explain complicated law concepts into easy words to my client. In order to achieve that, I became a teaching assistant and a teacher both in university and in tutor school. I’ve mastered not only the ability of communicating and persuading, but also always catching up the latest issues of law.
Nowadays, after struggling and preparing for a long time, I’m ready to meet new challenges as a legal intern. Hope I would bring vitality and make a difference in your firm, on the other hand, hope I could learn how to become a remarkable lawyer from my seniors.
