I am proficient in Python, utilizing Pandas and NumPy for data management and cleaning. Familiar in TensorFlow and PyTorch for deep learning models, I also have hands-on experience with the Hadoop/Spark stack. My research includes implementing advanced generative models such as GANs, autoencoders, and diffusion models for both image and sequence data, particularly in the domain of bioinformatics.
With three years of software development experience, I have expertise in web applications using Django, FastAPI, ASP.NET, .NET Core, PHP, and window applications with C# on Windows and Qt on Ubuntu. Proficient in SQL databases (MySQL, MSSQL), I also have experience in Android development. Familiar with Git, CI/CD workflows, and system design on GCP, and possess practical experience with AWS, Azure, and Oracle Cloud.
