# Project: Decipher the role of AP-1 transcription factor JunB in CD4+ T cells
- Analyzed data of RNA-seq and ChIP-seq to predict JunB target genes.
- Built a data analysis workflow for identifying genes bound and regulated by a given transcription factor in HPC environment with Shell scripts and R.
- Performed isolation and culturing of primary cells, functional cellular assays, immune phenotyping by FACS, qPCR, ELISA.
