隨著網路科技與行動裝置的技術快速進步，透過行動醫療 (Mobile Health) 技術進行健康管理已越來越普及。市面上許多醫療相關的行動App雖然提供了各式功能以達成健康管理的目的，卻無法解決實際的診療時，病患與醫生間醫療資訊不對等之現象。基於上述議題，本研究提出一個基於QR Code與推播技術的問卷導向醫病互動系統，稱為BBDP (Bridge Between Doctor and Patient)。本研究依循軟體工程流程方法，規劃建置以問卷功能為核心的行動醫療App，除了提供基本的健康管理功能外，病患與醫生可以透過問卷功能與病況記錄功能，將更有效地進行深度診療，同時增加病患與醫生、家屬間的互動性，達成減少醫療資訊不對等、提升醫療品質之目的。 As the technology of Internet and mobile devices advance, it is more and more common for people to manage personal health by using Mobile Health. Currently, there are many Personal Healthcare Apps on the market to help people to manage personal health, however, these Apps are not able to really diminish the disparity of health information between doctors and patients in actual therapy. To address the above-mentioned issues, this research presents a doctor-patient interaction system, referred to as BBDP (Bridge Between Doctor and Patient). BBDP was developed based on QR Code and Push Technology to provide questionnaire-related functionality, including filling out and analyzing questionnaires as well as keeping and browsing sickness records, to enhance the interactions between doctors and patients and even between patients and their families. We believe that BBDP could reach the goals of diminishing the disparity of health information between doctors and patients and improving healthcare quality.
