Plot The film is about Dr. Raghav Shastri (Mohan Agashe), a NASA scientist, who becomes the head of R&D department of Indian Space Research Organization after the resignation of Chandrasekhar Khadse. Raghav has two kids. His elder daughter Devika (Girija Joshi) is a rebellious girl who is studying at a leading institute in the UK. Dr. Raghav's younger daughter, Amisha is in India to complete her education. Amisha attends a school called Chandrashala, where she gets bullied by the kids who make fun of her accent and learn Hindi fast. Amisha is in love with one of her classmate named Nikhil, who also gets bullied and bullied by his teacher and classmate, respectively. There's another girl in the school named Mallika who does not understand her parents. When Raghav is organizing a school science fair, one of the student asks to give 15 minutes of free time to them to learn more about their science project. Raghav agrees to it. Nikhil sees his girl friend Mallika talking to Raghav's daughter Amisha and thinks she is flirting with Raghav's daughter. After a few rounds of inquiry, Nikhil finds out that Amisha is a visiting student from her London school. Amisha later goes to the school to see her dad. Amisha likes Nikhil and they start dating. Amisha finds out that her boyfriend Nikhil is cheating her and she starts thinking that her dad is too serious in his job and that is why he has never noticed her. So she and her best friend, Devika, go to meet Raghav. Raghav gives them a choice of two assignments. One is to study a new drug which can increase the IQ by 10 to 15 points and the other one is to be a part of a new astronaut mission which is funded by the UN. After Amisha and Devika refuse these two assignments, Raghav suggests them to visit Chandrashala. At Chandrashala, Amisha starts to learn about the teachers and students and how they think and behave. Amisha is amused and surprises by Chandrashala's school system and her music teacher, Maruti Shankar. Maruti has learnt music from Adi Shankaracharya and is trying to prove himself as the next Adi Shankaracharya by indulging in anti-scientific activities. He was once
