藥膳排骨/甜醬油/薑油/小黃瓜

將五花肉與十全排骨藥膳打成的粉醃漬後,以73度舒肥6個小時。將冰糖炒出糖色後沖入醬油,炒出醬香,再加入米酒、甘草及草果小火熬煮至濃稠,做成甜醬油。
