Elevation Based Navigation (EleNa)

https://elena-ultra.herokuapp.com/ A project from cs520 class at UMass Amherst in Fall, 2019. The goal is to develop a live map that provides users the convenience to find itinerary with the least elevation. It can benefit people especially bikers and disabilities so they can save their effort from climbing. The project uses React as frontend and Flask as backend. The result is deployed to Heroku. For the frontend, I use mars/create-react-app-buildpack to serve the static website. As for the backend, I deployed a docker image with conda environment to Heroku using Heroku Container. The code is served in production using gunicorn and wsgi.
