A Life Insurance Company put efforts on designing their concept store and would like to bring out innovation ideas through customer behavior research. This would be the first concept store in Taiwan so the project is really tough and challenge. Our design team should work from zero to hero. Starting from UX research, co-create the in-store interaction scenarios with members from insurance company to very practical prototype making and service flow testing.
