Costco service redesign

Started with observation and interview, we used these reliable informations to understand how customers feel about the current services. After analyzed customers' journey map, we dug out their pain points and the needs. This helps us to define the real problems and the priority to be redesigned. Then, we brainstormed with some workable ideas, also applied mechanism based on psychology theory to optimize customers' experiences.

This project started with need finding, problem defined to redesign and evaluation. We devoted to make customers' experiences more delightful.
