Repurposement of original brick veneer to create a new front stoop for entry door of the home. Modification of entry door framing with larger/wider header to accommodate a wider entry door unit with side lighting. New stained and sealed door casement; triple coated with a satin finish lacquer. Installation of three(3) European style, custom fit, and low maintenance vinyl tilt/turn windows with screens. New stained and sealed window casements; triple coated with a satin finish lacquer.
