In his teenage years, he had stolen money from a hotel and had got beaten up a lot. He used to do favors for an evil gangster called Vijay for money. But Vijay is in love with his sister Preeti, whom he does not trust. He has a habit of visiting a Gurdwara. He uses money he has stolen to buy a car, and a gun, and is involved in many cases. Vijay is eventually killed by Seth. Seth meets a woman Anjali (Anjana Agarwal), who is very rich and famous, and who is the wife of a police officer, Ajay. He is attracted to her, but she is extremely rude towards him. Seth then decides to steal money from her, but is caught by her chauffeur, Thakur. When Seth tries to escape, he accidentally kills Ajay's wife. The police arrest Seth for the murder of Ajay's wife. Ajay decides to frame Seth by accusing him of raping Anjali. Thakur is also on Seth's side, and wants to find evidence that Seth raped Anjali, and frame him for it. But things turn out differently, and after a lot of twists and turns, Ajay and Seth have a final confrontation, in which Seth is finally able to prove his innocence and Anjali confesses that she had indeed been raped by Seth.
