She is a mere nurse who is suddenly forced to become a police officer and is being trained by her father, who's a police officer himself. The film was directed by Gautam Bora, and produced by Ranjit Sajja. The film marks the film debut of Swara Bhaskar, who was earlier trained by actress and dubbing artist Geeta Bali. This movie was released on 7 December 2015 and was a box office hit. It was shown at the 19th New York Indian Film Festival in October 2015. Plot Apke Saath aam aaye hain is the story of Apke Saath on a rainy day in the street where she sees a young child being kidnapped by two goons and they are beating him up and she enters the scene and grabs the weapon from the one goon and starts beating them up. She is then taken aback when the police officer who is her father and the other police officer who is her uncle starts interrogating her about the kidnapping incident. When she is at her house she answers to her dad that she is a married woman and that her husband is also an upcoming artist. Her dad keeps on asking her what the matter is and gives her money to buy vegetables. She tries to explain her situation to her father but he just stops her and asks her not to tell lies. He says that he will give her the money to buy vegetables but she should not tell lies to him. She goes to her home where she sees her husband (played by Anant Joshi) performing a song. He takes off the wigs and is surprised to see that Apke Saath is there. She says that it is time for her to take the loo and goes to the bathroom. After that she tells her dad that she wants to be an IPS officer so that she can catch these two baddies in a matter of a week and helps him solve the case. The next scene has Apke Saath being sworn in and her father is celebrating with her. Her uncle walks past and she asks her father if she can ask him about her new uniform but he does not allow it. She goes to the canteen where she meets her uncle, who is shocked at her appearance. He asks her if she is on duty. She tells him that she is a police officer but her father does not want to reveal the truth. Her father enters and tells them that she cannot be sent on duty but he will arrange for her to be sent
