PackAge+ service redesign
This project focus on behavior design. We choose PackAge+, a recycling packaging service, as our topic. We analyzed the service based on psychology theory, to find out the friction and motivation. Then, we redesigned the service and its rewarding system by applying some mechanism to make it more friendly and attractive.
According to psychology theory, we analyzed the friction and motivation to find out the root of cause. And, redesign the service by applying some mechanism to help users change their behaviors better.
